    We arrange a convenient time with you to carry out a Site Survey.

    Step 3 - Site Survey
    We assess your requirements and collect relevant technical info for the project. This takes around 2 hours.

    Step 4 - Proposal
    We’ll create a customised proposal once we’ve completed the site survey and reviewed your requirements. This usually takes around 72 hours, depending on the complexity of the project.

    Step 5 - Order
    Once the customer accepts the proposal, the Solution Designer places an order for the required items. The customer is informed the approximate duration for the delivery

    Solution Designer is informed once the items reach the warehouse. The customer is then contacted and an appointment date is arranged for the delivery and installation.

    Step 7 - Completion
    Once the installation is completed, the customer is taught on how to use the system.

    The site folder is handed over to the customer. The customer signs a project completion document.

    • is a networking device that connects devices together by using packet switching to receive, process, and forward data to the destination device.

  • Access Point
    • is a networking device that allows WiFi devices to connect to a wired network, and is often used to extend the WiFi coverage.

  • Home Controller
    • is the brain of the automation system managing all the devices, functions, scenes, and interfaces

  • Light Switch
    • is an on/off relay switch designed to be installed in standard wall switch boxes, turning your existing lights into smart lights.

  • Switch Dimmer
    • is a dimmer designed to be installed in standard wall switch boxes, turning your existing dimmable lights into smart dimmable lights.

  • AC Thermostat
    • is a smart thermostat that can adjust the temperature depending on your preset schedule, or even turn off your AC if nobody is in the office.

  • Curtain Controller
    • is a module that transforms your motorized curtains and/or roller blinds, into smart coverings that can close when it is sunset or open to let sunshine in.

  • Indoor Camera
    • is a dome camera that allows you to monitor the inside of your office, even if it is too dark.

  • Outdoor Camera
    • is a bullet camera that can withstand the weather conditions when placed outside, allowing you to monitor the outdoor area of your office.

  • Motion Sensor
    • is a device that detects moving objects, particularly people, and can be integrated with the office automation system to automatically perform a task or alert you of motion in your office.

  • Occupancy Sensor
    • is a device that detects the presence of people, and can be set to detect scenes or actions according to your preference.

  • Flood Sensor
    • is a device that detects water leakage that might occur in your AC system or bathrooms, and lets the system notify you before your home gets flooded.

  • Contact Sensor
    • is a device used to monitor the status of your access doors, windows, cabinets’ doors, etc. and lets the system notify you of any breach.

  • Smoke Sensor
    • is a device that detects smoke, and lets the system alarm you of the fire location.
